At Gateway Plastics, we emphasize training and professional development opportunities for our team members. The prominent Grow with Gateway display that covers one of the walls in our main corridor is a testament to our company’s commitment to facilitating growth opportunities for all employees.
We value our team members’ initiative in attending and completing the often rigorous classes to acquire these important credentials. That’s why managers always provide the time and compensation in order to allow team members to take advantage of opportunities to grow.
The certificates pictured here have been earned in recent months by employees from across departments. Our team has completed a wide variety of trainings ranging from educational seminars conducted internally such as equipment-oriented training or food safety certification, to off-site trainings provided by accredited external specialists.
